Aims. The objective of this ASI is to facilitate and speed up the development of computational language resources for languages for which these resources are not available or underdeveloped. Read more >> Program. The ASI will include lectures, workshops, software demonstrations and, possibly, a poster session and a panel discussion. Read more >> Participation options. Participants may submit papers for workshop-style presentation or the poster session as well as proposals for system demonstrations. All submissions will be reviewed by a subset of the lecturers. The program of the Institute will be made sufficiently flexible to accommodate any accepted presentations, demos and posters. Read more >> Location. The ASI will take place in Batumi, a resort town on the Georgian Black Sea coast. Read more >> Participant Application Process. If you would like to participate in the ASI, please submit the enclosed application form. Selection of participants will be carried out by the co-directors in consultation with the lecturers. The ASI has funds to offset the travel and living expenses of those participants who do not have other sources of travel support. Read more >>
